Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey about the Beach Hotel Jan Juc Parklet Pilot. The Parklet will be in place from Friday 19 January to Monday 8 April.

During this time the Beach Hotel has permission from Council to use four car parks as a Parklet for outdoor dining in addition to their usual outdoor areas.

Parklets are a placemaking initiative that use on-street parking zones adjacent to hospitality businesses. They transform curb-side parking spaces into vibrant community spaces, offering public seating and opportunities for street dining or green spaces.

At the end of the pilot, after Easter, the Parklet will be taken down while the pilot is evaluated. If the feedback is very positive, we will consider allowing this and other parklets in future.
